Service Charge

Quotation Fee: $30 plus GST – the quotation fee will be waived if the repair proceeds or if the customer buys a replacement machine from Castle Hill Business Machines.
Simple Repair or Inspection: $30 plus GST
Typical Repair: $30 to $90 plus parts and GST
Service Call Out (within 20km from our workshop): $40 plus GST

For Warranty repair: No Charge (Proof of Purchase required before work is commenced)
